Butch and Erin met while attending Maranatha Baptist Bible College and serving together on an extension ministry. Butch
earned a degree in Christian Ministry with a concentration on Youth
Ministries, and Erin earned a degree in Biblical Counseling. They moved to Ironwood in January 2007 to join our Ministry Bound program. Butch interned with program, maintenance, and grounds; and Erin with reception, stores, and food service. In August 2009, they joined our resident staff. Butch enjoys being part of the operations team, specifically working on maintenance and projects. He loves using behind-the-scenes positions to ultimately serve people—maintaining camp property and buildings eliminates distractions for campers. Erin does a great job on our reception team and likes the pre-camp interaction with pastors, teachers, and parents. Handling registration details efficiently is a neat way to serve individuals and groups. |
